Product Description
Liquid aircraft stripper that can be used at room temperature to efficiently remove multiple epoxy and polyurethane coatings, sealants and joints used to seal metal structures. Comorcap T4551 is a complete and ready-to-use product: it is made of an active layer (Comorcap T4551 Active) and an anti-evaporation layer (ADDICAP 2).

Application & Use of COMORCAP T4551 Active
- Used as the active layer of the COMORCAP T4551 immersion paint remover
- Used for immersion removal of paint coatings
- Suitable for coatings including epoxy, polyurethane, alkyd, alkyd-urethane and acrylic
- Used for removal of coatings, sealants and joints used for sealing metal structures
- Applicable to aircraft surfaces and engine components including impeller blades, transfer cases, diffuser cases, wheels and landing gears
- Can be used for removal from swings, hooks and steel parts for repainting
Directions for Use
- COMORCAP T4551 is supplied as a complete ready-to-use product consisting of COMORCAP T4551 Active and ADDICAP 2
- The operational temperature range is 20 to 40°C depending on the type and thickness of the paint
- For better efficiency, the operating temperature can reach 60°C with reinforcement of the anti-evaporation layer
- After separation or dissolution of the paint coats, rinse with water pressure jets and/or an alkaline product of the SOCOCLEAN or SYNCLAIR range
- Bath maintenance includes replenishment with COMORCAP T4551 Active to restore the bath level after sludge removal
